Mark and Michell Upmeyer are the founders of RBW Global. Their combined experience spans U.S. military service, 30 years of global BPO executive leadership, elite travel advisory, and faith-based ministry. Everything they have built is rooted in one conviction: people deserve a guide who has already been where they are trying to go.

Where It Started

RBW Global grew out of a simple desire: help others travel the way we travel. After years of intentionally planning high-quality trips for ourselves and our family, we realized the difference between a good trip and an unforgettable one usually comes down to knowledge, relationships, and preparation. Things most travelers do not have access to. So we made itour mission to change that.

As certified Master Advisors with Norwegian Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean, and as independent advisors affiliated with Fora Travel, we bring 30+ years of executive leadership and military-grade precision to every booking, every itinerary, and every client relationship.

Bigger Than Travel

In 2018, Mark and Michell established Rooted by the Water, a faith ministry to help Christian believers realize their full potential in Christ. They host Christian podcasts, support outreach programs, and minister to communities around the world, often through the very journeys their travel work takes them on.

Our consulting practice carries the same spirit. We work with individuals and organizations to maximize performance, build authentic connections, and develop cultures of care and integrity that people genuinely want to be a part of.

He has navigated the complexity of international operations, built teams across borders, and developed the kind of strategic clarity that only comes from real-world accountability. He brings that same discipline to every travel itinerary he builds and every consulting engagement he leads.

Michell Upmeyer brings deep attention to detail, genuine client care, and a heart for people into everything she does.
